Preferably with a diploma in clinical pharmacy, although open to consider experienced pharmacists who have previously undertaken clinical ward work.
To work in community hospitals, predominantly care of the elderly patients, general medicine, stroke rehabilitation and older people’s mental health services.
Please note there will be travel between 2 sites. There is limited public transport in the area and so own transport will be required, there is parking available on both sites.
37.5 hours full- time (part- time may be considered)
