An exciting role has become vacant in a leading Private institution with several long-term and short-erm opportunities.
We are seeking experienced Health Care Assistants, ideally with hospital experience but this is not essential.
A minimum of NVQ2 two in health and social care or the equivalent.
Successful applicants will be required to complete a week long Induction course, which will include all the statutory/Mandatory training to join the existing team inviting them to share their knowledge and experience with the ward.
You will need to be well motivated and committed to high standards of patient care and personal professional development.
We will provide a supportive atmosphere, mentorship and clinical supervision on the ward and are committed to professional development of all staff. Team working is an integral part of both wards with all staff enabled and empowered to make a real difference for their patients.
