Therapist

Our client is a leading Private institution with a reputation for delivering their services with the highest standards.
You will have a passion for working with young people who have experienced trauma and have a history of harmful sexual behaviour.
For the nature of this role, an enhanced DBS is required.

Essential:

  • A minimum of 2 years post qualification e.g. RMN/RMNH;BA SW/CQSW or relevant therapeutic qualification/academic qualification to degree level or beyond.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to liaise and negotiate sensitively, tactfully and diplomatically at all levels.
  • An ability to be creative and adaptable to meet the needs of your patients.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Must work well in a team and have a flexible attitude.
  • Due to the nature of our client’s group we are unable to accept applications from candidates under the age of 25.


Desirable:
  • Group work experience in a forensic specific group.
  • Experience of working therapeutically with patients in a treatment setting.
  • Experience of working with adolescents.
